Installation and Handling
- Fastening: Use 57mm Top Speed or Tex screws for steel purlins and 90mm Tex or Top Speed screws for timber roofs. All fasteners should incorporate 19mm diameter bonded washers.
- Side Lap: Roof sheets must be laid with one corrugation side lap, with the narrow flute uppermost.
- Wall Cladding: For vertical wall cladding, fix the broad flutes externally with main and side lap fasteners in the web of the flutes. Use 25mm Tex or Top Speed screws with 19mm bonded washers.
- Sealing: End and side laps on low-pitched roofs should be sealed to ensure water tightness.
- Transportation: Maximum transportable height is 4.3m, which should be considered for bullnoses and curves.
